At CHIKE NATURALS, we take pride in creating gentle, high-quality hair care products for children.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@chikenaturals.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@chikenaturals.com. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or exchange.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to a faulty product or an error on our part.
Many of our products are available in Fragrance-Free and Lightly Fragranced (with essential oils) options. We recommend carrying out a patch test 24 hours before first use. If your child has known allergies or sensitivities, please review the full ingredient list provided on each product page before purchasing. If you have any questions about our ingredients, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist. We are unable to offer refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities where the product is not faulty.
